For people with some yoga experience or those who have completed a Beginners Course. It is designed to develop and extend asana practice. Students continue to consolidate the basics, and are introduced to newer poses such as inversions and backbends. Basic yoga philosophy will be introduced. Enrolling for 2 classes or more per week is recommended as development depends upon practice based learning.
