Minimum of 3 years Iyengar Yoga experience necessary. Familiarity and regular practice of inversions and backbends essential. Classes including the full range of yogasanas: standing poses, forward bends & twists, foundation and intermediate backbends, head stand, shoulder stand, restorative poses and pranayama. If you are attending an Experienced level class, you need to attend at least two classes each week to progress and evolve your practice.
